The last couple months I've really started getting into fashion but I've discovered that I'm still totally hopeless. wear a size 22/24. work in an office. Thank you!

I have an unusual work situation. work in a shop office as an office manager. am the only female employee with a very casual work environment. The stairs and part of the flooring is grated so I cannot wear skirts/dresses. How do I put together a smart casual work wardrobe using only pants? Also, because of the stairs and flooring, heels do not work.

The Outfit Inspiration Calendar called for White Shirt & Statement Necklace Combo as shown on Olivia Palermo (side note - she has good style, but she is a major bi-atch in need of an attitude adjustment or at least that is how it appears on The City).
